Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at utility companies.
  • Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Track and manage sales pipelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Ability to establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders to gain access to bid lists and showcase the company’s capabilities effectively
  • Increase the number of bids submitted annually, with a target of significantly expanding the company’s presence in the utilities market. 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on the arbor industry.
  • Strong understanding of vegetation management practices and industry best practices.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel.
