Are you a seasoned finance professional ready to contribute to the strategic direction and success of a company with a solid reputation for innovation, growth, and commitment to excellence? As the CFO, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial strategy of the company, driving sustainable growth, and ensuring financial health. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial leadership, make strategic decisions, and implement best practices.

Strategic Financial Leadership:
Plan, implement, and oversee all accounting, financial, and risk management activities, contributing to strategic planning, financial innovation, and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership to provide financial insights and develop business plans aligned with organizational goals.

Financial Performance Enhancement:
Drive improvements in financial performance, decision-making, and planning processes.
Provide internal financial leadership for efficiencies, asset protection, internal controls, cash flow management, tax planning, and preparation.

Financial Planning and Reporting:
Prepare and analyze periodic financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, offering strategic recommendations.
Review all accounting and finance activities, ensuring accuracy in general ledger accounts, balance sheets, and cost allocations.

Business Initiatives and Innovation: Identify, develop, and execute business initiatives and new service offerings within the maintenance and asset management industries.

Resource Optimization and Technology Utilization: Effectively use and optimize resources, assets, and technology, including robust financial software with regular maintenance and data backups.

External Financial Leadership: Liaise with external stakeholders, including banks, insurers, IRS, legal, and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance, accurate accounting, and timely filings.

Experience and Qualifications:
Minimum of eight (5) years of successful financial management, Controller, or CFO experience.
Solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting and analysis.
Proven track record of continuous improvement in accounting and financial practices.
