Are you a highly motivated and experienced Landscape Account Manager seeking to join a reputable commercial maintenance landscape company with a high vertical career path? We are looking for an ideal candidate to manage client interactions, expectations, and long-term planning for high-level value-added services. Responsible for client retention, annual increases, and enhancement penetration. 

  • Optimize beautiful landscapes for commercial customers while achieving aggressive goals for landscape maintenance and snow management renewals as well as enhancements.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by optimizing the current scope with additional services in landscape maintenance, enhancements, and snow management.
  • Regular site visits and develop meaningful client relationships with responsiveness to improve the customer experience and instill confidence in your expertise ensuring long-term commitment, retention as well as increased sales and referrals.
  • Contribute your expertise to analyze customer needs, prepare accurate estimates, and seamless transition to field operations with continued involvement to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure production has consistent delivery of services according to contract, on time, profitably, according to high standards, and customer satisfaction with hands-on management.
  • Demonstrate proficient knowledge and applied practical experience of landscape maintenance, enhancements, and snow management with the ability to roll up sleeves and demonstrate when necessary.
  • Manage financial aspects including budget, schedules, change orders, cost controls, and billing, always alerting your team and management to variances.
  • Manage each account with technology, analysis, KPIs, and meaningful reports to improve profit.
  • Analyze and stay ahead of the industry and competitors.
  • Continuously optimize your performance and your production team’s performance to be high-morale, results-oriented, maximizing contribution, and achieving excellence in account management, business development, profitability, customer relations, and production.
  • Respond professionally to all customer complaints, safety incidents, property damage, and natural disasters.

 Experience

  • At least five (5) years of successful experience in account management for commercial landscape maintenance,  enhancements, and snow management with a track record for renewals, increased scope, managing production, and expertise.
  • A minimum of a four-year degree in landscape or related field is preferred.
