  • This is primarily a design role working on high-end residential properties. If you love and are wired for design, but not so much sales, estimating, or project management, then this is something you should consider. Sales, estimating, and project management are performed by other team members.
  • Seeking a candidate with outstanding design skills and creativity with an eye for high-end residential applications. Someone who is great at coming up with creative and practical design solutions that create enjoyable and great looking outdoor spaces for our clients.
  • Experience with all aspects of landscape design (hardscape and softscape), is required. Scope includes site inventory and analysis, the initial concept plan, material selections, and the final design. Assistance with permit drawings will be required, but the permit process will be handled by others. Must have extensive knowledge of plant material and hardscapes and their practical application.
  • Proficient in DynaScape Design, SketchUp, Manage360 a plus, but we will provide training and continuing support
  • Mentoring younger designers currently on staff to help shorten their learning curve so they can be as talented as you.

What you need to succeed: A minimum of five (5) years experience as a landscape architect/designer creating high-quality design + build custom outdoor spaces for high-end residential clients. Knowledge of plant and hardscape materials, standard construction practices and details, and 2D and 3D software experience. A bachelor’s degree in landscape architecture is preferred. Having a good attitude and enjoying what you do and where you are doing it.
