Key Responsibilities
- Drive full-spectrum HR strategies including recruitment, retention, labor relations, and compliance to support ongoing and upcoming construction projects.
- Lead urgent talent acquisition efforts, onboarding, and workforce management aligned with fast-moving project demands.
- Manage employee and labor relations with a sharp focus on swift problem resolution and union negotiations.
