Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership & Strategy
- Oversee daily operations across landscape construction and estate maintenance, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Implement process improvements and strategic initiatives to increase profitability and operational consistency.
- Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, and cost controls to drive financial performance.

Client Relationship Management
