As a Business Developer, you will be at the forefront of growth, responsible for creating and seizing sales opportunities. By forging strong relationships with potential clients, you will play a pivotal role in expanding services for logistic centers, corporate parks, campuses, and industrial parks.
- High-Performance: Be a business development hunter who identifies prospects, develops an active sales pipeline, creates new client relationships, prepares estimates and presentations, and successfully closes the sale.
- Cultivate New Business: Identify and engage new clients and properties, working within our strategic sales plan to close lucrative commercial contracts.
- Build Lasting Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with both current and prospective clients to foster business growth.
- Drive Sales Excellence: Leverage your sales expertise to drive the end-to-end sales process, ensuring seamless transitions from contract execution to operations.
- Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with the director of business development and operations team to craft compelling proposal packages and present them to clients.
- Lead the Market: Attend networking events, set up key meetings, and engage in regular cold calling to continuously generate leads and expand our market presence.
- Create Strategic and Tactical Plans: To proactively increase revenue through new business, manage relationships, provide solutions with additional services to clients, and develop unique marketing programs.
- Identify Decision Makers: Meet regularly with facility executives, property managers, real estate developers, and third-party service providers to develop, maintain, and extend relationships.
- Design and Develop: Take part in developing a brand-new territory alongside the C-Suite Executives.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of B2B experience as a Business Developer in commercial landscape maintenance or related services.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving revenue and business goals/KPIs, creating and executing plans, and having strong sales, financial, and business acumen.
- Track record for increasing revenue by closing profitable new accounts and upselling existing accounts.
- High level of commitment and communication skills to establish relationships and work with commercial clients and projects with high visibility and traffic.
