Responsible for client retention, annual increases, and enhancement penetration. The account manager will work closely with our operations team to cultivate long-term relationships with the company’s customers.

We are looking for a talented account manager ready to be the primary contact between the client and the company and take renewals and sales to new heights. The role includes regular client communication, site visits, identifying service issues, and offering additional services to improve property conditions. Success in this role is measured by client retention and revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service and Retention
- Serve as the main contact for a set of commercial landscape maintenance accounts.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect property conditions and ensure services meet expectations.
- Resolve service issues promptly by coordinating with internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of service delivery, property notes, and client communications.
- Build client loyalty by providing reliable, proactive support.
Sales and Growth
- Identify and propose enhancements and additional services (e.g., seasonal color, irrigation, pest control).
- Develop and present proposals aligned with client needs and budgets.
- Promote other services offered by the company such as porter services and pressure washing.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Stay updated on local market conditions and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in landscaping or a similar industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in sales or upselling.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites.
