They are seeking a highly qualified candidate for the position of Account Executive in the landscape services industry. As an Account Executive, you will manage and expand client relationships while driving business growth in the region.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of five years of experience in the commercial landscape industry or a degree in landscape or horticulture.
  • Strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial maintenance contracts within a designated region, overseeing the scheduling and execution of work.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise daily activities of the landscape maintenance team, adjusting schedules and routes as necessary. Effectively communicate the schedule to clients.
  • Proactively engage with clients, providing recommendations for property management and promptly addressing any concerns.
  • Conduct regular Quality Inspections to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction.
  • Achieve a minimum renewal rate of 90% for contracts in the assigned region.
  • Identify and collaborate with the sales department to pursue new business development opportunities.
  • Actively propose enhancement opportunities to clients, cross-selling landscape maintenance and related services.
  • Collaborate with estimators to measure properties and provide accurate landscape estimates.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new service partners to ensure timely and efficient service delivery for client properties. Assist the compliance team in securing appropriate service partner agreements.
  • Manage and schedule non-contract client requests in a timely manner.
  • Communicate billing details to clients and address any inquiries promptly.
  • Maintain constant communication and be available to travel within the territory, demonstrating flexibility as needed.
  • Generate creative customer solutions that align with the company’s brand image.
  • Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and external correspondence.
  • Network and build relationships with industry and trade contacts in the marketplace.
  • Proficiency in various computer software applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with industry-specific software is advantageous.
