A dynamic commercial landscape company is looking for a results-driven Branch Manager who is passionate about leading people, growing a business, and achieving aggressive goals.
Role Overview
The Branch Manager oversees all aspects of branch performance, including operational execution, financial results, client satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and team development, while ensuring alignment with company objectives related to safety, quality, productivity, and profitability. This role carries full financial accountability, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management, alongside the development and execution of strategic initiatives designed to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
The position demands disciplined labor management, consistent service excellence, and the cultivation of strong, long-term client relationships. Performance is measured through clearly defined key performance indicators and overall branch results, with success driven by a leader who can think strategically while remaining closely engaged in daily operations to strengthen partnerships, develop internal talent, and position the branch for sustained stability and growth.
Operational & Financial Leadership
- Drive operational excellence across all areas of the branch
- Drive profitable growth and market presence
- Full P&L ownership including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and margin improvement
- Drive performance across maintenance and enhancement operations
- Monitor KPIs and implement corrective action when necessary
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Client Relations & Business Development
- Build and sustain long-term client relationships
- Oversee key accounts and retain/capture revenue opportunities
- Support business development and estimating efforts
- Ensure customer satisfaction and issue resolution
Team Leadership & Talent Development
- Lead and coach a team of Account Managers and Production Managers
- Promote a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented culture
- Identify and mentor future leaders through succession planning
- Conduct performance evaluations and ongoing development initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5 years in a leadership role within the landscape or commercial services industry
- Proven track record managing teams and operations with limited oversight
- Strong financial acumen and operational discipline
- Demonstrated success managing full P&L responsibility
- Experience managing high-profile or institutional accounts preferred
- Strategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and process improvements
- Familiarity with Aspire & QAL certification preferred but not required or similar landscape business management software is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
