Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business by identifying new customers and their needs, and then demonstrate your landscape arbor and sales expertise by preparing effective proposals and estimates.
- Retain and grow relationships with existing and previous customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction, retention, and increased sales.
- Demonstrate your expertise of sales, arbor health, care and removal, the marketplace, customer needs, new opportunities, pricing, and competitors.
- Design and execute business development, sales, and marketing programs to drive growth.
- Leverage technology to track and manage sales activities, forecasts, prospects, customers, sales programs, and results.
- Collaborate with internal teams by providing expertise, training, and technical assistance.
- Participate in external sales and marketing outreach efforts to generate qualified sales leads.
- Analyze and stay ahead of the market, trends, customer needs, competitors, and pricing.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in arboriculture, horticulture, or related industries.
- Demonstrated success in tree health care services, including maintenance, removal, and pest management.
- Track record of increasing demand, revenue, and profitability through innovative and effective technically supported sales strategies using best practices and the latest technology.
- Strong business acumen, organizational skills, and ability to work independently while maintaining accountability.
