This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive the growth of a well-established commercial landscape construction company. The role leverages an existing portfolio of general contractor relationships and is supported by a dedicated preconstruction and estimating team. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with 20 General Contractors (GCs), focusing on under-leveraged accounts.
- Identify and win new work with GC offices and construction managers; drive opportunities from pre-bid to signed contract.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams and participate in weekly operations and sales meetings.
- Monitor project pipeline, GC activity, and market developments within assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Proven B2B sales success in landscape or commercial construction.
- Experience working with or through general contractors is preferred.
- Understanding of landscape construction scopes, take-offs, and bid processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage $10M+ in annual revenue.
