This is a strategic opportunity for an experienced sales professional to drive the growth of a well-established commercial landscape construction company. The role leverages an existing portfolio of general contractor relationships and is supported by a dedicated preconstruction and estimating team. It offers a high-impact platform with flexibility, autonomy, and strong potential for long-term success within a respected and growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow relationships with 20 General Contractors (GCs), focusing on under-leveraged accounts.

  • Identify and win new work with GC offices and construction managers; drive opportunities from pre-bid to signed contract.

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and participate in weekly operations and sales meetings.

  • Monitor project pipeline, GC activity, and market developments within assigned territory.

Qualifications

  • Proven B2B sales success in landscape or commercial construction.

  • Experience working with or through general contractors is preferred.

  • Understanding of landscape construction scopes, take-offs, and bid processes.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ability to manage $10M+ in annual revenue.
