  • Hunt, create, and execute strategic and tactical key account sales plans, programs and processes to increase sales, positioning the company as a valued business partner to Class A Commercial, Office Retail, and Industrial parks, fostering an environment of teamwork and accountability to achieve established goals and KPI’s.
  • Grow a sizeable portfolio targeting new business by working with the marketing team and sales department, networking, and presenting polished sales plans.
  • Develop long-term relationships with initial contact to point of sale, decision-makers and related entities and uncover new Landscape Maintenance, Snow Management, and Exterior service opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships and highest customer satisfaction with external and internal stakeholders by providing accurate reporting from initial sales meetings to final bids.
  • Participate in external sales activities within the community including industry conferences, trade shows, seminars, and events.
  • Understanding market trends, customers, and competitors with early identification in recommending sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with top management and other key departments including operations in meeting customer needs.
  • Effective use of cutting-edge technology, social media and lead tracking.
  • Continuously learn and follow trends to remain competitive in the Landscape Maintenance and Snow & Ice Industry.

What you’ll bring to the table:

  • At least 5 years of successful commercial sales/business development, client relationships and regional management.
  • Familiarity with CREW, BOMA and similar organizations is helpful.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding established goals, formulating and executing strategic sales plans, decision making and strong business acumen.
  • Willing to travel within PA & NJ markets.
