  • Continuous optimization based on customer needs, trends, and challenges.

Experience

  • A minimum of ten (10) years of successful leadership experience in providing leadership in the agriculture industry with best practices and quantifiable results in operations, business development, profitability and employee development and retention.
  • A four-year degree in related field and Bi-lingual English and Spanish preferred.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding established business goals, growing a profitable business, creating, and executing plans, creating a thriving ownership mentality culture, improving processes, implementing KPI’s, problem solving, decision making and strong financial and business acume

#2 General Manager – AGRICULTURE

SALARY: $140,000 – $160,000 / yr

  • Provide the leadership to achieve established goals such as propagation, irrigation and operational efficiencies, increased safety, increased production yields that are healthy and meet quality standards, increase profitability and reduced costs.
  • Understand the market, customers, industry, and competitors to remain innovative and cutting edge into the future.
  • Early identification and resolution of challenges.

Business Development/Marketing:  Understand that sales and new business is critical and lead the company to expansion through effective marketing, sales and new business development as well as helping to create growth opportunities.

  • Create demand by demonstrating expertise and offering top of class products and services.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans that help to create demand using all communication channels including social media and e-commerce.
  • Practical understanding of effective sales, new business development and marketing that achieves quantifiable results.
  • Continuous optimization based on customer needs, trends, and challenges.
