National Sales Executive Facilities Services

LOCATION: Remote
SALARY: $125,000 – $200,000++ / yr

  • Be a true sales hunter targeting new national accounts in excess of $5 million in the commercial sector to achieve goals and KPI’s.
  • Manage the complete consultative sales cycle incorporating customer needs beginning with building a robust prospecting pipeline, cold calling through to negotiation, finalized profitable contracts and seamless transition to operations.
  • Manage and deepen relationships with national customers to ensure retention, additional sales, and high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans that drive results for aggressive growth, overall profitability, and improved positioning of the company.
  • Continuous improvement of sales and marketing to develop new clients and new markets.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships and be an effective change agent for continuous best practices and improvements.
  • Understand and stay ahead of the market, customers, industry, and competitors with early identification and recommendations for sales and market strategies that incorporate customer needs, trends, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with top management and other key internal functional areas lending your expertise on sales, marketing, customer needs, trends, opportunities, and pricing.
  • Manage all financial aspects including forecasting, budgets, and expenses.
  • Participate in external networking and prospecting activities and trade show.
  • Effective use of cutting-edge technology and internal reporting.

Experience Required:

  • At least 5 successful years’ experience in national sales in facility services or related industry with measurable, aggressive results in growth, business development, customer retention, revenue, and profits. A four-year degree is preferred.
  • Experience in commercial sector and ability to achieve results through successful long-term national key accounts, capturing volume opportunities, penetrating new markets, obtaining new business, expanding business with existing customers and consultative selling.
  • Use of technology to include CRM, prospecting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Energetic, motivated, driven, and able to roll up your sleeves and work.
  • Must be willing to travel.

Regional Sales Executive Facilities Services
Eastern & Western Regions
LOCATION: Remote
SALARY: $90,000 – $150,000++ / yr

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be a true sales hunter leading this company to new levels of sales, revenue, market share and new business in the facilities services market.

  • Be a true sales hunter targeting new accounts of up to $5 million in size in your region.
  • Maximize and deepen relationships with existing customers and markets to expand sales, resolve customer complaints and ensure retention and high customer satisfaction
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans for new business, new relationships with decision makers and new markets that meets or exceeds established goals and key performance indicators.
  • Manage the complete consultative sales cycle that incorporates customer needs beginning with building a robust prospecting pipeline, cold calling through to negotiation, pricing and finalized contracts with accurate scope of work and seamless transition to operations.
  • Research, understand and stay ahead of the market, customers, industry and competitors with early identification and recommended sales and marketing strategies that incorporates trends, opportunities, and business acumen.
  • Collaborate with top management and other key internal functional areas lending your expertise on sales, marketing, competitors, opportunities, pricing, and content for proposals.
  • Manage all financial aspects including forecasting, budgets, and expenses.
  • Participate in external networking and prospecting activities and trade show.
  • Effectively use cutting edge technology for client presentations including webinars and for internal reporting.

Experience Required:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a sales hunter in the facility services or related industry with measurable, aggressive results sales including a successful track record in prospecting, developing new business and new markets, and expanding sales from existing customers.  A four-year degree preferred.
  • Highly motivated with excellent communication, persuasive, consultative selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Decisive, creative, organized, detail oriented, independent yet collaborative.
