Are you passionate about sales, marketing, and new business development? Do you enjoy leading and coaching teams to achieve excellence? We’re seeking a Director of Sales to join our dynamic team and drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and client retention techniques.
You will be responsible for creating and executing strategic and tactical sales and marketing plans, programs, processes, and objectives to foster an environment of teamwork and accountability. You will collaborate with top management and other key departments to provide insights on competitors, customer needs, trends, sales data, business opportunities, pricing, and messaging.
To excel in this role, you must stay ahead of the market, customers, industry, and competitors with early identification and recommended sales strategies that incorporate customer needs, competitive pricing, trends, opportunities, and business acumen. You will generate, maintain, and analyze accurate and up-to-date data on sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends. You will also be expected to effectively use cutting-edge technology and key performance indicators in sales and lead tracking.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding established business goals, financial reporting, executing strategic plans, leading teams, implementing key performance metrics, problem-solving, decision-making, and having strong business acumen.
10+ years of professional experience and a minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B sales team management roles.
An MBA and/or degree in business/communication is a plus but not required.
Experience with the EOS business operating system is a plus.
Experience in the construction, janitorial, or restoration industries is a plus.
