This incredible company is looking for a talented, creative leader ready to dig in and take high-end residential landscape construction projects from beginning to end with the highest quality and the highest customer service.  We are looking for an incredibly talented person who enjoys every aspect of landscape construction, managing field operations, and utilizes best practices.

  • Take high-end landscape construction projects beginning with concept and site visit through to construction completion that includes participating in design, plans and material selection.
  • Manage the construction of landscape projects and field operations while maintaining the highest levels of customer relations and customer satisfaction.
  • Create and lead with a strategy for operational efficiencies, implementing best practices, technology and performance metrics that energize and sustainably optimize people, projects, processes, profitability, safety, quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure successful inspections and permits.
  • Achieve revenue, profit, and safety goals.
  • Maximize relationships with clients and architects creating demand by demonstrating your expertise and effective problem solving.
  • Create an efficient, collaborative environment with prompt notification, investigation and resolution of all challenges, complaints and emergencies.
  • Financial acumen for budgets, cost controls, scope of work and efficient use of equipment, materials, labor with explanations for variances and suggested corrective action.
  • Manage, train and mentor to form high-performance, results oriented field team focused on best practices, profitability, safety, customer satisfaction and timely performance.
  • Create organized, clean, safe and efficient work environments.
  • Analyze, understand and stay ahead of the industry and competitors.
  • Communicate and collaborate with senior management and other departments.

Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of successful experience in landscape construction focused on high-end residential with best practices.
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget, safely, and to the satisfaction of the client by effectively managing the field team, subcontractors, and resources.
  • A minimum of a four-year degree in engineering or related field and P.E. License preferred.

(2) Director of Operations – Landscape Maintenance
LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN
SALARY: $110,000 – $150,000 / yr

  • Manage, train and mentor to form high-performance, results oriented employees focused on best practices, profitability, safety, customer satisfaction and timely performance.

Experience
