SALARY: $95,000 – $130,000 / yr

  • Contribute your superior knowledge and an orientation for the highest quality results, people, services, and programs.
  • Optimize operational efficiency and productivity and implement sustainable best practices, technology, and performance metrics that invigorate the team.
  • Create opportunities for each team member to positively impact each child with continuously improved and innovative programs and services.
  • Ensure delivery of personal and professional mental health services and programs to each child and accurate documentation for the services and programs provided.
  • Accurate initial assessment, treatment plans and ongoing evaluations.
  • Meet with parents for periodic updates on progress.
  • Effective use of all resources, assets, technology, and software and maintaining metrics and KPI’s.
  • Manage compliance with all applicable laws, certifications, regulations, and government reporting.
  • Provide training, coaching, leadership, and mentorship to your team of direct care professionals including BCBAs and RBTs for continuous improvement of skills and certifications in accord with regulations and best practices.
  • Develop a high-morale culture of positive values, attitudes, and standards that attract and retain the best talent that begins with onboarding.
  • Provide periodic performance reviews for all members of your team.
  • Manage budgets, cost controls, equipment, inventory, supplies, and labor.

Experience
At least 2 years clinical experience as a BCBA with experience in management with ability to evaluate, develop and implement effective individual treatment plans. Masters’ degree in related field preferred.

Behavior Analyst– Children Autism Center
LOCATION: Multiple PA & MD
SALARY: $75,000 – $95,000 / yr

  • Contribute your knowledge and experience to provide high quality ABA therapy beginning with the assessment and consultation through to providing the therapy, services, and programs.
  • Accurate initial intake, assessment, treatment plans and ongoing evaluations based upon each person’s individual needs.
  • Deliver mental health services and programs to each child with accurate documentation for the services and programs provided.
  • Compassionate and effective early identification and reduction of difficult behavior.
  • Create ongoing data collection for analysis and improvement of programs and services.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, leadership, and mentorship to your team of direct care professionals including RBTs to accurately implement treatment plans with best practices and results.
  • Meet with parents for periodic updates on progress and provide ongoing support and strategies for implementing ABA therapy in the home and community.
  • Effective use of all resources, assets, technology, and software and maintaining metrics and KPI’s.
  • Demonstrate the corporate values that include a high-morale culture of positive values, attitudes, and standards.

Experience

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst and at least 2 years’ experience with Applied Behavioral Analysis working with children with Autism and other developmental disabilities with ability to create and implement individual treatment plans as well as identify and reduce problem behavior.
  • Masters’ degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field preferred.
