Detailed planning and milestone identification for Knowledge Xfer from onshore SMEs
Assessment of Current SLAs / SOPs and prepare minimal service disruption strategies
Detailed planning of Transition Costing and execution to ensure savings
Identify digitization opportunities for various processes to help aid in cost and time savings
Demonstrate metrics adherence during Transition phase
Manage transition team which would be spread across both onshore and offshore
Ensure successful Transition Completion by adhering to Service Delivery Readiness metrics
Ensure smooth hand over of accounts to Service Delivery team on Transition Completion |
