• Processing client orders using company systems.
• Management of local accounts, arrange customer meetings
• Secretarial Support: Proposals, data & reports generations etc
• Running payroll – in liaison with UK authority/ Local consultants we finalize.
• Liason with legal, accounting, custom clearance etc
• Generation and maintenance of sales and associated figures.
• Travel arrangements
• Organisation of work environment
• Monitoring client payments
• Using the company’s systems to input and export required information.
• Other duties that may be delegated from time to time
